Fees: $1,500.00 plus taxes for one child, $750.00 plus taxes for each additional child
Stephanie is a family lawyer and mediator practicing in the Fraser Valley. She is a roster lawyer with the Child & Youth Legal Centre and regularly represents children in court. She practiced for a decade at established full service firms in the Fraser Valley before starting her own boutique practice focusing exclusively on family law.
Working with children has very quickly become one of Stephanie’s favourite parts of her family law practice. The best interest of the child is supposed to be the only consideration when parenting arrangements are being determined but it can be easy for parties to lose sight of that in the midst of conflict. Stephanie strongly believes in the importance of children’s voices being heard in family law proceedings and considers it an immense privilege to be entrusted with bringing children’s voices into dispute resolution processes.
